Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location within the US.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package anytime through the link in that email.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays or high-volume periods can push delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your order date, email us at support@deskteria.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.
